EVENTS Events & Activities
Parent involvement club: We cannot over emphasize the need for the parents and school to be on the same page in the development of the child. To this end, we maintain an open door, transparent relationship with parents. We require Parent involvement and input and welcome suggestions, questions, concerns and contributions always. Parents are encouraged to read to the children or share an activity on designated days.
Field trips: These are carefully planned and relate to the existing themes. To date, we have visited Lagos Polo Club, Terra Culture, Nigerian Conservation Foundation, Funtopia, Lekki Botanical Gardens, The Palms Shopping Mall, BookWorm, Nike Art Gallery, Silverbird Galleria, A Radio Station, The Aquarium, Oniru Market, Honeywell Flour Mills and lots more.
Back to School Night: This is held on the second Friday evening of certain terms. Parents get to meet the staff and one another. They are taken through the plan for the term, updated on goings-on and are encouraged to share their views.
Parent / Teacher conferences: At the end of term, parents are required to come in to discuss their child/children’s performance and progress through the term.
Concerts/Variety Show: These are organized termly with a view to promoting expressive, creative, self confident and imaginative children. Parents get to watch their children showcase their talents and more……
